Ihor specializes in intellectual property enforcement and litigation, with a particular focus on patent disputes, as well as comprehensive trademark protection, IP rights enforcement at the customs border, protection against unfair competition, and criminal prosecution of IP infringements.

His primary industry focus is pharmaceuticals and agrochemicals. Ihor’s expertise also encompasses domain name disputes under the UDRP and UA-DRP procedures, as well as the Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) sector.

Ihor Kharytonov has assisted with a variety of complex projects, including:

• a number of complex pharmaceutical patent litigation cases;

• ⁠court proceedings concerning the protection of an individual's moral rights against infringement in a television series;

• ⁠criminal proceedings aimed at dismantling criminal organisations involved in the production and distribution of counterfeit goods;

• multiple successful cases involving the identification of IP infringements at the customs border and the subsequent destruction of counterfeit goods.
