Wine, Spirits and Food

About industry

We face the challenges of today, the incredible variety of food and beverages, consumers’ saturation, and changing lifestyle trends.

We know how important it is to attract and retain the consumers’ attention, be flexible in meeting their individual needs in a rapidly changing world, and adhere to the legal requirements for the production, promotion, and advertising of alcohol and food products changing just as fast.

We understand the value and attractiveness of brands in the eyes of the consumers because this is the first thing they pay attention to. And the use of protected geographical indications of origin, such as Cognac or Roquefort, also creates a price surcharge on alcoholic beverages and agri-food products on average 2.5 times higher than similar conventional products.

Our deep knowledge of trademark and geographical indication protection allows our clients to choose the most effective tools to overcome or minimize barriers to protecting and enforcing their brand.

We help our clients to avoid the capture of their brand by unfair competitors, and we know all the intricacies of legislation in the field of intellectual property protection, advertising, and unfair competition law.
